Description:
• ASAP ongoing M-F 8a-5p 1-2 weeks per month
• Will consider Tele; provider MUST have workstation
• Setting: Hospital
• 60% Neuro/40% General – varies 26% MRI, 74% CT
• Volumes/Modalities: General (Fluro a plus): Neuro, Lumbar Punctures, Myelograms
• Voice Recognition System: Powerscribe
• Credentialing: 5-6 weeks

Required:
• DE License; will wait for licensing
• Board Certified/Board Eligible
• BLS, ACLS (preferred)

Travel expenses and malpractice insurance are provided.
