Rad/Onc Physician needed in AZ

Job description

-Schedule: M-F 8-5
-No Call
-Patients per day: Consults avg 1 daily, Follow ups avg 2.26 daily and OTVs avg 8.75 once a week.
-Clinic Only
-No Procedures
-Clinical support: MA
-EMR: Allscripts
-Credentialing time frame: 60-90 days
-Minimum experience required: At least 3 years. We see some pretty complex patients so the more experience the Sign up or sign in for contact information you accept Board Eligible: Prefer BC, but will vet a BE
-IMLC accepted
