Job description

- Start Date: 03-01-2025 (Approximately)
- Schedule: 4 days a week, 10hr shifts (schedule could possibly be flexible). No weekends.
- Support staff: Yes
- Patients per shift: 12
- EMR: Epic
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
-License required: None, will license
- DEA: Yes
- Certifications required: BLS, AOCNP
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days

• 4 days a week, 10hr shifts (schedule could possibly be flexible). No weekends
• 6 month coverage with potential for extension
• Will license candidates during credentialing
