Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Schedule: Weekday coverage for a full month at a time- 8a-5p, no nights or weekends. This will be a supplemental
role in conjunction with a staff provider who works 1 month on/1 month off
Work Details:
· Support staff: Yes
· Patients per shift: 5
· Providers Requested: 1
· Trauma Level: 2
· EMR: Epic
· Special procedures: This role would not require many procedures unless the locum wanted to perform outpatient procedures- please indicate in your presentation
· Skills required: Upper GI endoscopy, Esophageal dilatation/manometry, Esophageal manometry interpretation, Small Bowel biopsy, Lower GI endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy, Endoscopic ultrasound
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active WA License or IMLC
· Fellowship: Preferred
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days

• No call
• Ongoing for 3 months
• Will accept candidates with the IMLC
