A Community Health Center is seeking a LCSW for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in Camden, New Jersey.

LCSW will be treating all ages in an outpatient setting and will be responsible for Behavioral Health Services, Assessments, and Therapy.

Case load/PPD: 7-14
Patient population: All Ages
Location type: On-Site
Prescriptive authority required: No
Shift hours: Part time (24 hours)
Cases treated: Outpatient Behavioral Health- All ages
Med checks/follow-up per day: 40 minutes
Initial evaluation time: 40 minutes- They have an integrated health model so someone sees the patient before the LCSW does
