Locum Anesthesiologist needed to start ASAP and work ongoing in Putnam, CT

**$30k ONE TIME COMPLETION BONUS 13 weeks/520 hours**
Case mix: general and colorectal, OB&GYN, uro, ENT, ortho, spine fusions, eyes, pacemakers, cardioversions, TEE and GI. No heads/neuro, no traumas, no open hearts.
Supervision ratio is 1/2.5.
Must take call. 6-10 call shifts per month.
OT expected.
5 anesthesia sites.
Practice model: 4 MDs and 3 CRNAs.
If CT license is in hand: 30-60 days.
No CT license: 60-120 days.
