Types of Cases: General, Colorectal, Orthopedic, Spine, Thoracic, Cardiac, Vascular, Catheter lab, Interventional Radiology, Endoscopy, Obstetrics and gynecology, Ear Nose Throat, Podiatry, Plastics, some Pediatrics
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 - 90 days
Board Certification, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Required
