Type of cases required: ENDO, OB/GYN, Peds, Urology, ENT, General, Oral, Ortho, Vascular, Trauma, Opthalmology

Supervision: Yes, MD's.

Spinals, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)

Caselogs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, and spinals.

EMR System: Epic

Vaccination Required: Need to be vaccinated / accepting religious / medical exemptions

Licenses: ACLS, BLS, PALS
