Job description

• Support Staff: 4 MDs, 2 PAs
• Patients per day: 14-16 in 8 hours or 18-22 in 10 hours
• Patient Population/Age: 63 years old, however this clinic sees all ages
• Department Description: outpatient clinic
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital Bed size: 99 beds
• Experience Required: At least 5 years Primary Care clinic experience (to not include Jails/Prisons)

Requirements:
• Board Certification: FNP
• License Required: AZ
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days

• Monday–Friday 8 or 10 hour shifts
• 14-16 in 8 hours or 18-22 in 10 hours
