Job description

5 days a week- preference is year long contract (Fort Wayne Indiana)

· 2.5 patients per hour

· E-Clinical Works- EMR

· BC or BE- in any primary care specialty

· Monday/Wednesday – 8-7 – Tues/Thurs/Friday – 8-5

· Cred- 30-45 days

· DEA, CPR, CSR- required

· Support staff- Need to confirm if each provider is given a MA

· Will cover Travel and Lodging

• Open to 3 month, 6 month, and even year long contract
• EMR: E-clinical works
• Mon-Fri 18-20 patients a day
