• MI License, CSR and DEA
• Family Medicine Physician preferred – will look at Internal Medicine (Have a pediatrician)
• Will need to be collaborating physician to 2 NP/Pas
• FQHC
• Starting ASAP – 2 week credentialing
• 3-6 month assignment
• Monday-Friday 8-5 seeing about 20 patients/day
• Allscripts EMR
