Job description
- Credentialing timeframe: roughly 6-8 weeks
- Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Average 12-16 patients per day, all adults
- Primary Care cases, sick/well visits, some chronic care coverage like hypertension/diabetes, light trauma cases such as suturing
- Facility uses EMR, will provide training
- ANY state license is accepted
- Travel/lodging provided
- approx 45mins from Memphis.
- Long stable contract - ASAP through Mar'2025 & option to extend.
- M-F ; 8a-5p shifts
- Any state license accepted
